Trooping the Colour is a ceremonial parade commemorating the official birthday of the British Monarch. The event showcases over 1,400 soldiers and officers, along with 200 horses. More than 400 musicians from ten different bands and Corps of Drums participate in the parade, marching and performing in perfect harmony. The English team unfortunately suffered a defeat against the Spanish in a match with a two-to-one score.

In response, the Spanish wrote a note commending the English team’s teamwork, grit, and determination, acknowledging their inspiration to people of all ages. They also congratulated Spain on their victory. Kate disclosed her diagnosis in March after her extended absence from public appearances. Following her abdominal surgery in January, an undisclosed form of cancer was discovered.

Kate and William have been managing the situation privately for the well-being of their young family. Kate expressed her hope for understanding and requested space and privacy as she completes her treatment. She looks forward to returning to work after a full recovery. Despite the time that has passed since sharing her diagnosis, Kate continues to undergo the healing process.

She mentioned in a June Instagram post that she is making good progress but also highlighted the challenging nature of chemotherapy, with good and bad days. She looks forward to engaging with activities that bring her positivity and joy on the days when she feels well enough, and is slowly starting to do some work from home.
