Emma’s social media caption appeared to reference an incident when her mother shared a photo of her son, Rhodes, without permission. In early 2023, Kelly shared a snap of the 3-year-old on her Instagram.
At that time, Cody also shared several photos of them together on social media. Cody, like Emma, is also an actor.
Though the couple has occasionally shared Instagram photos of each other, Emma provided a glimpse into their relationship in a recent interview, where she mentioned watching a movie with her boyfriend and both of them sobbing and laughing at each other. Before being with Cody, Emma dated Garrett from 2019 until early 2022.
Despite their split, the former couple have been co-parenting their son amicably. In a recent appearance on ‘Today with Hoda & Jenna’, Emma mentioned her experience of motherhood and talked about her son, Rhodes visiting her on the set of ‘Madame Web’.
As she maintains a busy schedule as a working actress, she expressed gratitude for her mom’s help in raising her son.
