Grimes and Elon Musk attended the 2018 Costume Institute Benefit at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City. When a user brought up religion and mentioned concerns about changing what God created, Grimes responded by pointing out that God gave humans the ability to build things like cathedrals and rockets to the moon.
