Victoria Jackson attended the SNL 40th Anniversary Celebration at Rockefeller Plaza on February 15, 2015 in New York City. Jackson first disclosed her breast cancer diagnosis in 2016, but recently confirmed in her ‘Is the Cancer Back?’ Instagram video series that her cancer has returned. She explained that the cancer cannot be operated on and is pressing against her windpipe, which could eventually cause suffocation. She shared that she is being given a treatment based on Ribociclib, which is hoped to shrink the cancer.
However, she mentioned that when she looked up the pill on Google, it indicated that people taking it have a life expectancy of around 32.6 months. In her Instagram caption, Jackson expressed her desire to see her grandson, Jimmy, born in October and get to know him, as well as to witness her daughter Aubrey have a baby. In addition to her Instagram presence, Jackson has acting credits in shows like *The X-Files*, *In the Heat of the Night*, and *Sesame Street*. She has also appeared in films such as *Family Business* and *The Matchbreaker*.
