The novel *Apartment 7A* is set in 1965 and follows the character Terry Gionoffrio, a dancer striving to advance her career in New York City. The synopsis describes Terry’s dreams of achieving fame and fortune in the city.
However, after sustaining an injury, she is taken in by an older, wealthy couple in Bramford. When an opportunity for a second chance at fame arises, Terry believes her dreams are coming true and works tirelessly to sustain her dance career.
Upon meeting an elderly couple in the city, they help her settle into a new apartment, but she soon discovers their intentions may be malevolent. *Apartment 7A* is also intended to serve as a prequel to *Rosemary’s Baby.
* In 2008, a remake of the film was in development by producers Michael Bay, Brad Fuller, and Andrew Form, but the project encountered setbacks. However, a decade later, the producers revisited the idea.
