In Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States, a Taco Bell fast food restaurant is celebrating the 20th anniversary of Mountain Dew Baja Blast. To commemorate this milestone, Taco Bell is offering limited-edition Stanley cup tumblers and other special offers. Taco Bell rewards members will have the opportunity to win a Stanley x Bajaversary tumbler through the Taco Bell app’s “Tuesday Drops” section, starting Tuesday, August 13, at 2 p.m. PST / 5 p.m. ET.
The tumblers are limited to the first 100 rewards program members who claim the offer, and creating a personalized Bajaversary tumbler is not an option. For the first 20 rewards members who secure the tumbler collaboration, they will also receive “Free Baja Blast for a Year,” presented in the form of a $200 Taco Bell gift card. Additionally, customers can take advantage of the $1 Happier Hour, which offers a $1 medium-size Baja Blast fountain drink or regular-size Baja Blast Freeze daily from 2–5 p.m. local time. Furthermore, Baja Blast gelato will be exclusively available to rewards members starting September 3, accessible only through the app at participating locations.
Since its creation exclusively for Taco Bell in 2004, Mountain Dew Baja Blast has become a fan favorite. Referred to as “like drinking a real hurricane” on Taco Bell’s website, Baja Blast has inspired further additions to the Taco Bell menu, with more options planned for this year.
