Anna Delvey, also known as Anna Sorokin, arrived at an immigration hearing in New York on June 6, 2024. Delvey, who served nearly four years in prison for grand larceny and theft of services, scammed thousands of dollars using invalid credit cards and deceiving banks to manipulate her way into high society. She appeared on a competition show and advised contestants to “never be afraid to dress up your look—or the truth.” Since her release from prison, she has been under house arrest and has reflected on her past actions in various interviews.
Delvey expressed regret over the way things played out and acknowledged the public’s anticipation for her to do something illegal and go back to jail. She stated that she would not want to give them the satisfaction. Now controlling her life again, Anna has become a podcast host for “The Anna Delvey Show” and released her song “What the Hell” in 2023, featuring artists Brooke Butler and Audio Chateau.
